I'm using Windows. My first directory and ROM location were not in the same place. Maybe that was the prob. Suggestion. Maybe automatically use the same directory as the ROM used? You can always get the filename and substring up to the last \ and make that your directory.

This should work?
I removed the folder creation code. Now the images are extracted to the folder where the ROM is located.

Worse issue... do you even test? Even if you are positive you fixed something, it is always a good idea to verify yourself.

I tested this.
I made sure the folders are created before the extraction starts.
That may be why its not working for you.

by the way, no files/folders are generated. Also, why haven't you taken my suggestion to create a new directory for files in the folder the rom is in?

Ok. Got it to work.
The answer was super dumb. Lol.
The problem was the quote marks in the string.
Please fix before next test. I literally drag and drop, which auto inserts quotes.

I just tried to re-create your problem by dragging and dropping the folder into the console but I don't get the quotes you are referring to.

What screen capture are you using?
