Is there a code to remove the music in DKC1, but not the sound effects? I'm planning on making gameplay videos with the songs from Kong in Concert added in to replace the original tracks, and this would be handy.

Hmm, most likely not. The only way would be to somehow manually blank-out parts of the SPC data, which I've been wondering how to do for quite some time now.

The closest you can get, is to use my Zero-Music Patch. (almost zero, anyway )

I may try to look into the internal SPC data format, MAYBE I can try to bank out the music. There has to be some sort of method to the madness.
