Ever since his name change (and even before, no doubt) Cranky Kong has always been a grumpy old coot. He is easily the most outspoken character in the DKC series, and due to his humour, cynicism and senility, he sure comes up with some hilarious comments.

I'd like to hear some of your favourite Crankyisms.

Here's one of mine from DKC...

Hehehe. I never heard that one until today when I was doing the in-game text content development. It's a classic. :D

Just imagining an old coot like Cranky saying the below line cracks me up!

"You wouldn't know a good game if you were in it!"

"Diddy, I thought you were a cheap character in DKC but Dixie is even WORSE!" (DKC 2)
"Well, if it ain't that no good lazy son of mine." (DK64(I'm not sure that counts as a rant but oh well)
"Argh! This story's even worse than Donkey Kong Country's! They're really scraping the bottom of the barrel this time!" (DKC2(GBA adaption))

"Look! My beard swings when I rock! Waste of frames in my opinion."
"That stereo sound is making my ears bleed! Turn it down before you leave!"

I do remember him in DKC2 saying to Diddy; 'Looking a bit fat there, kid!'

Jeez, Cranky, that's a low blow xD

I love just going to his cabin or Monkey Museum and just listening to him rant all day, quoting him whenever I feel like it. I like his rants better than his hints, heh. 'Even the bananas have more frames and colors than I had in the entire game!'

Bump! Sorry, but I have some ramblings (in screenshot format). Thirty-four are legit, one is a joke and another is Portugese! (Note: Some are foreign);
